Sonny Gibbs（ソニー ギブス）氏は宮里美香などの指導も行ったゴルフの先生である。

He is the Head Golf Professional & Assistant Manager of AwaseGC .

（彼は泡瀬ゴルフ場のゴルフプロの代表で、副支配人である。）

He is a registered Class A Master Teaching Professional as well as a Top 50 Teacher 2007, & He is the Japan Division Program Coordinator for the PGTAA.

（彼は2007年のゴルフの先生で上位50に選ばれたＡクラスのゴルフの先生であり、また、PGTAAの日本部門の責任者である。）

He has been teaching professionally since 1977 with well over 30,000 hours of golf instructions.
